Belinda J. Niemi

Belinda Jane Niemi, 59, of Richland, died Dec. 16 at Kadlec Regional Medical Center in Richland.

She was born in Carlsbad, N.M., and lived in the Tri-City area for 20 years.

She was an engineer at Washington River Protection Solutions.

Einan’s at Sunset, Richland, is in charge of arrangements.
