Richard ‘Bill’ V. Halverson

Richard “Bill” Virgil Halverson, 75, of Prosser, died Dec. 9 at Kadlec Regional Medical Center in Richland.

He was born in Havre, Mont., and lived in Prosser since 2008.

He was a retired machinist and boilermaker.

Prosser Funeral Home & Crematory is in charge of arrangements.
