Frank A. Osterwyk

Frank A. Osterwyk, 87, died Nov. 25 at home in Kennewick.

He was born in Valier, Mont., and lived in Kennewick for 37 years.

He was a manager Grain Terminal Association, now Harvest States.

Neptune Society, Spokane, is in charge of arrangements.
