Sandra Lea Mincey, 51, of Benton City, died Dec. 2 in Richland.

She was born in Kennewick and lived in Benton City for 54 years.

She was a secretary.

Mueller’s Tri-Cities Funeral Home, Kennewick, is in charge of arrangements.
