Delmer Ray Vandine, 71, of Kennewick, died Nov. 28 in Pasco.

He was born in Pasco and lived in Kennewick for 71 years.

He was a retired purchasing agent for Kennewick Industrial and Electrical Supply.

Mueller’s Chapel of the Falls, Kennewick, is in charge of arrangements.
