Fred E. Bowland

Fred Eugene Bowland, 65, of Kennewick, died Nov. 22 in Kennewick.

He was born in Los Angeles, Calif., and lived in Kennewick since 1975.

He was a retired owner and operator of a service station.

Mueller’s Chapel of the Falls, Kennewick, is in charge of arrangements.
