Johnny “Chango” L. Martinez, 57, of Pasco, died Nov. 21 in Pasco.

He was born in Moses Lake and lived in the Tri-City area since 1989.

He was a home builder.

Mueller’s Greenlee Funeral Home, Pasco, is in charge of arrangements.
