James C. Meigs

James Curtis Meigs, 75, of Richland, died Nov. 18 in Kennewick.

He was born in Wichita, Kan., and lived in the Tri-City area since 1944.

He was a retired maintenance planner.

Mueller’s Tri-Cities Funeral Home, Kennewick, is in charge of arrangements.
