Joan B. Harvey

Joan Byrne Harvey, 90, died Nov. 16 at home in Kennewick.

She was born in Yorkshire, England, and lived in the Tri-City area since 1981.

She was a retired gift shop owner.

Life Tributes Cremation Center, Kennewick, is in charge of arrangements.
