Cher J. Dumler

Cher J. Dumler, 68, of Kennewick, died Nov. 15 in Post Falls, Idaho.

She was born in Berkley, Calif., and lived in the Tri-City area for 44 years.

She was a retired secretary for the Washington State Patrol in Kennewick.

Life Tributes Cremation Center, Kennewick, is in charge of arrangements.
