Joan R. (Howard) Bustin

Joan Rena (Howard) Bustin, 62, of Kennewick, died Nov. 11 at Hospice at the Chaplaincy in Kennewick.

She was born in Birmingham, Ala., and lived in the Tri-City area since 1993.

She was a homemaker.

Life Tributes Cremation Center, Kennewick, is in charge of arrangements.
