Loretta Kinsey

Loretta Kinsey, 72, of Pasco, died Nov. 6 in Richland.

She was born in Monte Vista, Colo., and lived in the Tri-City area for 60 years.

She was a retired credit union manager.

Mueller’s Greenlee Funeral Home, Pasco, is in charge of arrangements.
