Delbert Brown

Delbert Brown, 77, of Kennewick, died Nov. 5 in Richland.

He was born in Bonners Ferry, Idaho, and lived in Kennewick for 63 years.

He was a retired tire store sales manager.

Hillcrest/Bruce Lee Memorial Center, Pasco, is in charge of arrangements.
