Philip C. Roberts

Philip C. Roberts, 59, of West Richland, died Nov. 3 in Richland.

He was born in Sunnyside and was a longtime Lower Valley resident before moving to Richland six months ago.

He was a retired landscape laborer.

Smith Funeral Home, Sunnyside, is in charge of arrangements.
