Jesus Ruiz Siempre, infant son of Ines Siempre Cruz and Sixto Ruiz of Pasco, died Nov. 3 at Trios Health in Kennewick.

Hillcrest/Bruce Lee Memorial Center, Pasco, is in charge of arrangements.
