Robert C. Rhoads Jr.

Robert C. Rhoads Jr., 67, of Kennewick, died Oct. 29 at Hospice at the Chaplaincy in Kennewick.

He was born in Galveston, Texas, and lived in Anchorage, Alaska, for 30 years before moving to Kennewick two months ago.

He was a self-employed Alaskan photographer.

Columbia Memorial Funeral Chapel, Pasco, is in charge of arrangements.
