Kirk D. Cowan Jr.

Kirk D. Cowan Jr., 79, of Grandview, died Oct. 27 in Sunnyside.

He was born in Rural Leeds, N.D., and was a longtime Lower Valley resident.

He was a retired mechanical engineer and nuclear plant manager.

Smith Funeral Home, Sunnyside, is in charge of arrangements.
