David L. Howard

David Longfellow Howard, 78, died Oct. 13 at home in Pasco.

He was born in Seattle and lived in the Tri-City area for many years.

He was a retired vice president of quality assurance in the nuclear industry.

Life Tributes Cremation Center, Kennewick, is in charge of arrangements.
