John “Spark” Logan III

John “Spark” Logan III, 57, of West Richland, died Oct. 7 at Kadlec Regional Medical Center in Richland.

He was born in Omaha, Neb., and lived in the Tri-City area for 23 years.

He was a business representative/journeyman-lineman for IBEW Local Union 77.

Einan’s at Sunset, Richland, is in charge of arrangements.
