Leland U. Fortner

Leland U. Fortner, 86, of Kennewick, died Oct. 5 in Richland.

He was born in Lakeview, Ore., and lived in the Tri-City area since 1974.

He was a retired bank manager for Pasco SeaFirst Bank.

Mueller’s Tri-Cities Funeral Home, Kennewick, is in charge of arrangements.
