Franklin Randolph

Franklin Randolph, 80, of Prosser, died Oct. 1 at Cottage In The Meadow in Yakima.

He was born in Great Falls, Mont., and was a longtime Prosser resident.

He was a retired special education teacher for the Prosser School District.

Prosser Funeral Home, Prosser, is in charge of arrangements.
