Charles A. Salter

Charles A. Salter, 80, of Kennewick, died Sept. 30 in Kennewick.

He was born in Three Rivers, Mich., and lived in the Tri-City area for 45 years.

He was a retired mechanic.

Mueller’s Tri-Cities Funeral Home, Kennewick, is in charge of arrangements.
