Allen C. Houghton

Allen C. Houghton, 86, died Sept. 27 at home in Pendleton, Ore.

He was born in Chanute, Kan., and lived in the Tri-City area for 40 years before moving to Pendleton.

He retired from a laundry delivery business.

Burns Mortuary, Pendleton, is in charge of arrangements.
