Edgar F. Fisher

Edgar Frank Fisher, 85, of Richland, died Sept. 25 at Kadlec Regional Medical Center in Richland.

He was born in Johnstown, Pa., and lived in the Tri-City area for 35 years.

He retired from work at Lowe’s.

Life Tributes Cremation Center, Kennewick, is in charge of arrangements.
