Mark C. Carter

Mark Christian Carter, 53, of Kennewick, died Sept. 24 at Hospice at the Chaplaincy in Kennewick.

He was born in Mildenhall, England, and lived in the Tri-City area since 1987.

He was a stock and tool attendant for CH2M Hill Plateau Remediation Co. at Hanford.

Life Tributes Cremation Center, Kennewick, is in charge of arrangements.
