Rufus E. Miller

Rufus E. Miller, 88, of West Richland, died Sept. 22 in Richland.

He was born in Sarles, N.D., and lived in the Tri-City area for 60 years.

He was a retired electrical engineer for Westinghouse.

Mueller’s Tri-Cities Funeral Home, Kennewick, is in charge of arrangements.
