Walter R. Norbeck

Walter Raymond Norbeck, 88, of Richland, died Sept. 21 at Riverton Assisted Living in Richland.

He was born in Two Harbors, Minn., and lived in the Tri-City area for 63 years.

He was a retired instrument technician at Hanford.

Einan’s at Sunset, Richland, is in charge of arrangements.
