Charlie L. Rodriguez

Charlie L. Rodriguez, 88, of West Richland, died Sept. 17 in Kennewick.

He was born in Crowley, Colo., and lived in the Tri-City area since 1951.

He was a retired locomotive engineer.

Einan’s at Sunset, Richland, is in charge of arrangements.
