Joyce E. Olsen

Joyce Elaine Olsen, 77, of Burbank, died Sept. 15 at Royal Park Health and Rehabilitation in Spokane.

She was born in Bismark, N.D., and lived in the Tri-City area for 54 years.

She was a retired assistant manager for the Columbia Basin College bookstore.

Columbia Memorial Funeral Chapel, Pasco, is in charge of arrangements.
