Harvey A. Ragan Jr.

Harvey Albert Ragan Jr., 86, of Richland, died Sept. 13 at Kadlec Regional Medical Center in Richland.

He was born in Boise and lived in the Tri-City area for 53 years.

He was a retired research veterinarian.
