Romeo Ruiz

Romeo Ruiz, 8-year-old son of Cristina Villa and Cesar Ruiz, died Sept. 10 at home in Kennewick.

He was born in Walla Walla, and lived four years in the Tri-City area.

He was a second-grade student.

Hillcrest Memorial Center, Kennewick, is in charge of arrangements.
