Milton Roper

Milton Roper, 96, of Richland, died Sept. 9 in Richland.

He was born in Erick, Okla., and lived in the Tri-City area since 1942.

He was a welder technician.

Mueller’s Tri-Cities Funeral Home, Kennewick, is in charge of arrangements.
