Lowell “Lupe” E. Ellingson

Lowell “Lupe” E. Ellingson, 74, of Richland, died Sept. 2 in Richland.

He was born in Omaha, Neb., and lived in the Tri-City area since 1981.

He was a retired auditor for the Department of Energy.
