Sammie Irby

Sammie Irby, 76, of Prosser, died Aug. 30 at Prestige Care and Rehabilitation in Sunnyside.

He was born in Oak Grove, La., and lived in the Prosser area since 1958.

He was a retired boiler and refrigeration operator for Welch’s Foods.

Prosser Funeral Home and Crematory, Prosser, is in charge of arrangements.
