Jessie Towne Fletcher

Jessie Towne Fletcher, 88, of Kennewick, died Aug. 28 in Spokane.

She was born in Carrolls and lived in the Tri-City area since 1950.

She was a retired real estate agent and homemaker.

Mueller’s Tri-Cities Funeral Home, Kennewick, is in charge of arrangements.
