Rodolfo Emilio Perez Garcia, 39, of Pasco, died Aug. 5 in Tijuana, Mexico.

He was born in Ojo de Agua, Michoacan, Mexico, and lived in Pasco for 34 years.

He was a labor contractor for Garcia Contractors.

Columbia Memorial Funeral Chapel, Pasco, is in charge of arrangements.
