Mark E. Brown

Mark Eugene Brown, 49, of Kennewick, died Aug. 25 in Kennewick.

He was born in Tijuana, Mexico, and lived in the Tri-City area for nine years.

Hillcrest Memorial Center, Kennewick, is in charge of arrangements.
