Cynthia K. Windsor

Cynthia Kay Windsor, 54, of Pasco, died April 4 at Kadlec Regional Medical Center in Richland.

She was born in Salem, Ore., and lived in the Tri-City area for 47 years.

She was a traveling music teacher for school districts in Benton County.

Hillcrest Memorial Center, Kennewick, is in charge of arrangements.
