Rodney Gadd, 78, of Pasco, died July 9 in Richland.

He was born in Tacoma and lived in the Tri-Cities for 46 years.

He was a retired project manager at the Hanford site and project management instructor at Columbia Basin College.

William Patrick Van Pelt, 72, of Kennewick, died July 9 in Kennewick.

He was born in Little Rock, Ark., and lived in the Tri-Cities for 62 years.

He was a retired non-destructive engineer.
