Carl “Ray” Tucker, 84, of Pasco, died Feb. 15 in Pasco.
He was born in Wilburton, Okla., and lived in the Tri-Cities for 50 years.
He was a retired member of the Las Vegas Carpenters Union Local 1977 and a journeyman carpenter for Pasco Local 69 and a recipient of the marksman and Vietnam Service Medal.
