He was born in Yakima and was a Tri-Cities resident since 1992.
He was a retired culinary specialist and U.S. Navy veteran of 20 years.

She was born in Romania and lived in the Tri-Cities area for 14 years.
She was a dance instructor.

Judy Lee McElroy, 80, of Pasco, died Nov. 25 in Richland.
She was born in Yakima and was a lifelong Tri-Cities resident.
She was retired from the Department of Corrections.

Charles H. Bowen Jr.
Charles H. Bowen Jr., 91, died Nov. 20 in Richland.
He was born in Livingston, Mont., and was a longtime Prosser resident.
He was retired from law enforcement and search and rescue.
