He was a retired accounting director for the city of Spokane.

Daren Andrue Ott, 61, of Kennewick, died Nov. 16 in Richland.

He was born in Richland and was a lifelong Tri-Cities resident.

He was the retired owner/operator of Ott Excavating.

Jerome L. Wallace

Jerome Leonard Wallace, 84, of Pasco, died Nov. 18 in Richland.

He was born in Perham, Minn., and lived in the Tri-Cities for 49 years.

He was a retired heavy equipment manager for the Hanford site.

Janet Shea, 87, of Grandview, died Nov. 19 in Grandview.

She was born in Toppenish and was a longtime Grandview resident.

She was a retired warehouse laborer.

Biatris P. Perez, 92, of Outlook, died Nov. 18 in Union Gap.

She was born in San Antonio, Texas, and was a longtime Yakima Valley resident.

She was a former farm laborer.

Leta LaVelle Seibold

Leta LaVelle Seibold, 95, of Kennewick, died Nov. 17 in Kennewick.

She was born in Milton Freewater, Ore., and lived in Kennewick since 2018.

She was a retired music teacher.

Henry ‘Hank’ J. Tobin

Henry “Hank” J. Tobin, 75, of Mabton, died Nov. 16 in Mabton.

He was born in Prosser and was a lifelong Lower Yakima Valley resident.

He was a retired farmer.

Else Eastlund-Petty, 97, of Pasco, died Nov. 17 in Pasco.

She was born in Bonners Ferry, Idaho, and lived in the Tri-Cities for 55 years.
