He was born in Seattle and lived in the Tri-Cities for 55 years.
He was an automotive industry worker.

Delia G. Santillan, 62, of Pasco, died May 29 in Pasco.
She was born in Moses Lake and lived in Pasco for 7 years.
She was a retired social worker for the Pasco and Sunnyside school districts.

Charles R. Briggs
Charles Roger Briggs, 81, of Richland, died June 1 in Richland.
He was born in Little Rock, Ark., and lived in the Tri-Cities for 18 years.
He was a retired industrial hygienist for the Department of Energy.

Patricia Frances Luna, 69, of Richland, died May 27 in Richland.
