He was a retired law enforcement commander for the Benton County Sheriff’s Department.

Allan Sherwin, 79, of Richland, died March 1 in Richland.

He was born in New Rochelle, N.Y., and lived in the Tri-Cities area for 37 years.

He was retired from sales.

Rick A. Safford

Rick Allen Safford, 64, of Burbank, died March 6 in Richland.

He was born in Pasco and was a lifelong Tri-Cities resident.

He was a retired millwright at ConAgra Foods.

Linda K. Jarnagin

Linda K. Jarnagin, 61, of Richland, died March 2 in Spokane.

She was born in Pasco and lived in Richland and Pasco for 36 years.

She was a retired contracting officer for the Department of Energy.

Mary I. Villanueva

Mary Irene Villanueva, 67, of Richland, died March 8 in Richland.

She was born in Woodburn, Ore., and was a longtime Yakima Valley resident.

She was a retired court interpreter.

Ramona Lopez Vialon

Ramona Lopez Vialon, 85, of Grandview, died March 9 in Grandview.

She was born in Santa Rosa, Texas, and was a longtime Sunnyside and Yakima Valley resident.

She was a homemaker.

Rodger Curtis “Curt” Lee, 81, of Kennewick, died March 8 in Richland.

He was born in Salmon, Idaho, and lived in the Tri-Cities for 68 years.

He was a retired millwright.
