He was born in Addison, W.V., and lived in the Tri-Cities for 47 years.
He was a retired pipefitter for UA Local 598 Plumbers and Pipefitters.

John Mercado, 73, of Kennewick, died Feb. 10 in Kennewick.
He was born in American Falls, Idaho, and lived in the Tri-Cities for 25 years.
He was a retired musician.

Matthew Llewwllyn Rutt, 65, of Richland, died Feb. 7 in Richland.
He was born in Richland and was a lifelong Richland resident.
He was an attorney.

He was born in Mexico and lived in the Tri-Cities for two years.
