He was born in Canada and lived in the Tri-Cities for 21 years.

He retired from the administration office of the U.S. Postal Service.

Joy Glover

Joy Glover, 79, of Kennewick, died Jan. 17 in Kennewick.

She was born in Spokane and lived in the Tri-Cities area of 57 years.

She was a retired elementary school teacher.

Patricia T. Prochaska

Patricia Tracey Prochaska, 55, of Kennewick, died Jan. 20 in Richland.

She was born in Burbank, Calif., and lived in Kennewick for 52 years.

She was a homemaker.

Alberto ‘Jose’ Rios Ventura

Alberto “Jose” Rios Ventura, 69, of Prosser, died Jan. 21 in Prosser.

He was born in La Presa de Urive, Mexico, and was a longtime Prosser resident.

He was a self-employed welder in the construction industry.

George L. Allworth

George L. Allworth, 86, of Richland, died Jan. 18 in Richland.

He was born in Battle Ground and lived in Richland for seven years.

He was a retired quality assurance manager for Pacific Air Switch Corp.

Richard W. Berk, 74, of Sunnyside, died Jan. 19 in Sunnyside.

He was born in Sunnyside and was a longtime Sunnyside resident.

He was a retired health physicist.

Toni Ann Hoverson, 74, of West Richland, died Jan. 17 in Richland.

She was born in Iowa City, Iowa, and lived in the Tri-Cities for 45 years.

She was a retired government secretary.

Thomas ‘Tom’ L. Kogan

Thomas “Tom” LeRoy Kogan, 82, of Richland, died Jan. 17 in Richland.

He was born in Ely, Nev., and lived in the Tri-Cities area for over 60 years.

He was retired from the construction industry.
