She was born in Portland, Ore., and lived in Richland for 74 years.
She was a retired teacher.

Sylvester ‘Lil Ves’ Muldrow IV, 18, of Pasco, died Sept. 20 in Pasco.
He was born in Kennewick and was a lifelong Tri-Cities area resident.
He was a line cook for Wendy’s.

Jorge Armando Guzman, 82, of Pasco, died Oct. 1 in Pasco.
He was born in Mexico and lived in the Tri-Cities for 48 years.
He was a laborer for Lamb Weston.

She was born in Yakima and was a lifelong resident of the Yakima Valley.
She was a retired teacher.

Terina Carter, 67, of Kennewick, died Oct. 1 in Richland.
She was born in Richland and was a lifelong Tri-Cities resident.
She was a retired caregiver for Kennewick General Hospital.

Harry D. Rice Jr., 72, of Meridian, Idaho, died Sept. 24 in Meridian.
He was born in Walla Walla and lived in the Tri-Cities area from 1952 until 2022.
He was retired from work at the Hanford site.
