Gerardo Alvarez Limon, 76, of Pasco, died July 15 at Kadlec Regional Medical Center in Richland.

He was born in Nuevo Leon, Mexico, and lived in the Tri-Cities for 17 years.

He was a retired agricultural laborer.

James ‘Jim’ G. Baxter

James “Jim” Gordon Baxter, 76, of Pasco, died July 14 in Richland.

He was born in Colfax, Wash., and lived in the Tri-Cities for seven years and Everett for 20 years and was a long-time resident of Sultan, Wash.

He was a retired custodian at Seats and JCPenney.

Mueller’s Tri-Cities Funeral Home, Kennewick, is in charge of arrangements.

Mark M.F. Ford

Mark M.F. Ford, 74, of Kennewick, died June 15 in Kennewick.

He was born in Mt. Vernon, Wash., and lived in the Tri-Cities area for 15 years.

He was the owner/operator of Handy Services LLC on Camano Island, Wash.

Mueller’s Tri-Cities Funeral Home, Kennewick, is in charge of arrangements.

Howard E. Ray

Howard Elden Ray, 68, of Richland, died July 15 at home.

He was born in Lexington, Neb., and lived in the Tri-Cities for seven years.

He was a retired electrical engineer and project manager for Clearwater Paper in Idaho.

Helen M. Porter

Helen Maria Porter, 74, of Pasco, died July 5 in Pasco.

She was born in San Diego, Calif., and lived in the Tri-Cities for the past 32 years.

She was a retired phlebotomist.

Luis Vieyra Saavedra

Luis Vieyra Saavedra, 70, of Richland, died July 14 in Richland.

He was born in El Salto, Michoacan, Mexico, and lived in the Tri-Cities for 40 years.

He retired from Tyson Foods.
