She was born in Mobridge, S.D., and lived in Kennewick for 2 1/2 years.

She was a retired public school teacher for the Petaluma, Calif., School District.

Laverne O’Neill, 95, of Richland, died June 16 in Kennewick.

She was born in Perrysburg, Ohio, and lived in Richland for five years.

Rita Kay George, 79, of Kennewick, died June 18 in Kennewick.

She was born in Sunnyside and was a lifelong Tri-Cities resident.

She was a retired self-employed hair dresser at the Canyon Clipper Salon at Brookdale.

Rodolfo ‘Rudy’ M. Trevino

Rodolfo “Rudy” M. Trevino, 54, of Kennewick, died June 17 in Richland.

He was born in Quincy and lived in the Tri-Cities for 20 years.

He was a plant manager for Pasco Processing.

Marilyn Ann Betita, 76, of Richland, died June 14 in Kennewick.

She was born in Paso Robles, Calif., and lived in the Tri-Cities area for 10 years.

She was a retired clerk in the logistics industry.

Erik Thomas Elmgren, 71, of Kennewick, died June 13 in Kennewick.

He was born in Seattle and was a retired carpenter.
