She was born in Kingsville, Texas, and lived in the Tri-Cities for 74 years.
She was a retired life insurance agent.

Wendell Steven Brown, 65, of Kennewick, died Jan. 25 at home.
He was born in Hermiston, Ore., and lived in the Tri-Cities for the past five years.
He was a retired installation and maintenance specialist for RMF Freezers in Seattle.

Ethel Francis Dunbar, 96, of Sunnyside, died Jan. 24 in Prosser.
She was born in Havre, Mont., and was a longtime Sunnyside resident.
She was a retired farmer and cattle rancher.
